End the Internal Tug-of-War

Sustainable habits aren’t built on willpower - they’re built on self-leadership.

Most of us know what we should be going to feel better, but we can’t seem to make ourselves do it. That isn’t a character flaw. It’s usually because one “part” of us wants to change, while another '“part” is trying to protect us by staying exactly where we are.

I use a Parts-Work (IFS) approach to help you identify any internal conflicts. Instead of fighting yourself, learn to lead yourself. This is the missing link that makes your health habits finally feel like a choice rather than a chore.

  • Checking In: We start by identifying where you feel “stuck” or conflicted this week.

  • Exploring the Parts: We look at the feelings behind that stuckness (e.g., the part that’s tired, the part that’s anxious, the part that’s driven).

  • Strategic Alignment: We create one or two small, low-friction habits that every part of you can agree on.

What to expect:

Mindset & Habit Integration (1:1 Coaching)

A dedicated space to untangle the mental blocks around your health and routine. We identify your inner critics and perfectionist parts to create a path forward that feels light and sustainable.

Offerings

Wellness Routine & Strategy

No-nonsense guidance on nutrition, sleep, and metabolic health. We build the physical systems that support your mental clarity to make habits and routines easier to adopt.

Move & Integrate Hybrid: The Ultimate Recovery

The most effective way to integrate change. We ground the body with 45 minutes of restorative movement, then spend 30 minutes in coaching. Change sticks better when your nervous system is clear, calm, and comfortable.

Note: While this work is therapeutic, it is coaching. We focus on the intersection of your internal parts and your external goals to create a life that feels whole.
