In a world that rewards “more”, we practice embracing “enough”. This is close-to-the-ground, prop-supported movement designed to reset a tired nervous system. We aren’t here to perform; we are here to recover.
Prop-Heavy Support: We use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to hold your body so your muscles don’t have to.
Long-Held Shapes: We stay in poses for 5 - 10 minutes to allow the fascia to release and the mind to settle.
Zero-Impact Strength: We focus on functional mobility and grounding, making this accessible for every body - regardless of “fitness” level.

1:1 Private Restorative Session:
A 45-minute tailored, floor-based practice focusing on deep relaxation and mobility. We use props and stillness to release the physical holding patterns and quiet the “noise” of daily life. Perfect for those needing a dedicated time for recovery and nervous system support.
Move & Integrate Hybrid: The Ultimate Recovery
We start with 45 minutes of restorative movement to quiet your nervous system. Once your body feels safe, we spend 30 minutes on “integration” coaching - addressing the mental blocks that keep your habits (like movement) from sticking.
Sessions can be held in-studio (Madison, WI) or virtually from the comfort of your own home.
