Floor-based restorative movement for chronic tension, burnout, and nervous system overload.

In a world that rewards “more”, we practice embracing “enough”. This is close-to-the-ground, prop-supported movement designed to reset a tired nervous system. We aren’t here to perform; we are here to recover.

  • Prop-Heavy Support: Bolsters, blankets, and blocks fully support your body so your muscles can stop working.

  • Long-Held Shapes: Poses held 5–10 minutes to downshift the nervous system and release deep tension.

  • Grounded, Accessible Movement: Gentle, functional mobility designed for accessibility, not fitness performance.
